FG Eurofred and Fujitsu: value, reliability and efficiency
Thanks for visiting us. As you can see, we are in the process of building a new site, which we will use to give you more information, both in the form of product sheets and more general guides, which we hope will help you achieve more reliability, value and efficiency in your work.
For example, our Guide to Getting Value From Your Air Conditioning can be downloaded here - a paper based on the thoughts of a number of leading engineers who were asked to give their suggestions for how to get the best possible value from your an air-conditioning system. It is free to download, and there will be more pieces like this to follow. We hope you find it - and future content that will be appearing here - useful.

Big computers: the story behind the ad...
We used a picture of the massive – but at the time revolutionary – ENIAC digital calculator in our advertising campaign to show that value is not necessarily about size. Built in Pennsylvania in 1943-46, ENIAC stood for the Electronic Numeric Integrator And Calculator. Although not a true computer, it is considered the second general purpose electronic calculator (after the British COLOSSUS). Designed by John Atanasoff and John Mauchly, ENIAC was originally intended for use in ballistics calculations. The wiring was used to create circuits between ENIAC's 18,000 valves, thus changing its 'program'.
Pioneers in value
At FG Eurofred we aim to bring you a lot of air-conditioning for your money too – highly-reliable, highly-efficient, well-designed systems that represent great value. But there are other ways to get value from your air-conditioning system – find out what they are by downloading our Guide To Getting Value From Your Air-Conditioning.
